The 2025 NFL draft will be here before we know it. It is a big year for General Manager Andrew Berry to hit on some draft picks in key positions. It is no secret they need a QB, but the offense needs much more help than just that. Let’s take a look at who they should take with their first three draft picks.

Number 2 overall: QB Shedeur Sanders — Colorado

Despite what uninformed Twitter trolls think, Deion Sanders is not gonna block Cleveland from taking his son in the draft. There is mutual interest between Shedeur and the Browns. His elite accuracy, decision making, and toughness check important boxes of what the Browns want in a QB. Don’t overthink it, just take him at pick 2.

Number 33 overall: WR Xavier Restrepo — WR Miami (U)

I think the Browns could trade back to pick 40 and still get Restrepo, but for the purposes of this list, let’s just say they take him at pick 33. It still would not be a reach because this kid is super talented. If the Browns decide not to bring back Elijah Moore (which I don’t think they will), Restrepo could replace him. His NFL comp is Hunter Renfrow, so that could be valuable for the Browns. He has great instincts and he’s a good blocker as well.

Numner 67 overall: RB Quinshon Judkins — Ohio State

The Nick Chubb era in Cleveland isn’t fully over, but it’s hanging on by a thread. I do think they bring him back as a situational back, but they should look at the draft for other options. Luckily, this draft is absolutely loaded at the running back position. Judkins could get snagged in the 2nd round, but if he falls to the 3rd, the Browns should take him. He is a very patient, yet decisive runner. He also has that dog in him so he’d fit right in with the Browns.

Cleveland had the worst offense in the NFL in 2024, so they need to reload on offense in a hurry. Worry about defensive depth in the later rounds and draft some studs early on. This team can be turned around quickly if they hit on these picks.
