These days, it is overwhelming how many different types of protein powder brands there are. Over the last few years of my fitness journey, I have done so much trial and error with various brands. What I wanted was simple: protein powder that can lead to legit muscle gains, WITHOUT a lot the artificial additives and preservatives so many big companies pump into their product.
